Coin flip declares ACA boys area champs

The American Christian Academy boys basketball was declared the winner of Class 3A, Area 7 by a coin flip Wednesday. The Patriots had the same area record as Holt, making the tie-breaker necessary.

As a result, ACA will host the area tournament, which begins Feb. 7. Holt is the No. 2 seed, followed by Fayette County and Northside.
