5-foot-10, Guard
Class 1A Player of the Year finalist; chosen the most valuable player in the AHSAA Class 1A tournament; scored 17 points as the Tornadoes defeated Cedar Bluff 70-59 to win their third straight state championship and second straight in Class 1A; had 11 points, four rebounds and two assists against Georgiana in the semifinals; led team in scoring with a 15.6 average; also averaged 3.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists and had 90 steals; MVP in the Northwest Regional; Class 1A football Back of the Year; signed to play football at Faulkner University in Montgomery.

Holt, Senior, 6-foot-3, Guard
Holt’s leading scorer for each of the last three seasons; scored more than 1,000 points since his sophomore year; averaged 22.1 points, 11.2 rebounds and 4.3 assists as a senior; shot 51.3 percent from the field, 76 percent from the foul line and 51.4 percent on 3-point attempts; honorable mention Class 4A All-State
Perrin Buford
Hillcrest, Senior, 6-foot-5, Guard/Forward
Averaged 17.6 points and 10.1 rebounds per game; recorded 3.2 blocks and 2.9 steals per game; scored a season-high 37 points against Center Point; helped the Patriots overcome a 1-4 start to earn the championship in Class 6A, Area 9; second-team All-State selection
Jimmie Taylor
Greensboro, Junior, 6-foot-9, Center
All-Tournament selection who helped the Greensboro Raiders win a second-straight Class 3A championship; had 10 points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots in the championship game as the Raiders defeated Carbon Hill 65-50; averaged 9.58 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game; blocked 97 shots and made 20 steals; first-team All-State and Class 3A Player of the Year finalist; All-Central Regional team
Billy Ingram
Sumter Central, Senior, 6-foot-4, Forward
Averaged 22 points and 12 rebounds per game in leading Sumter Central to the runner-up spot in the AHSAA Class 4A Central Regional in Montgomery; All-Central Regional team; second-team All-State
